but not all saltwater aquarists are reefers what about f/o, f/o with live rock systems? That name sorta excludes them. Sounds super cool though

The fish in f/o and f.o.w.l.r are usually from a reef. so, f/o are reef aquarists, kindof. Give them some credit. Also, C.O.R.F.O.F.O.W.L.R.A.L. doesn't roll as smoothly of the tongue anyone keeping cold water, pelagic fish can think of their own cool acronym.
