Randy rocks!! It's great to have data such as this when worrying about the things we put in our tanks. I'm amazed at the variation in all these foods (and surprised by some of the values). Great read. Thx for sharing!!

Wow. This is going to sound arrogant But I read this and did not see it as worth comment because Randy did not say anything that any planted fresh water aquarist should not know like their basic ABC's. Obviously the separate measurements of the various foods was interesting. But I'm shocked that this was "news" to the reef hobby.

Where has everyone been? Under a rock?
