If anybody would like to place their name on the committee list please let me know. We will have a better idea what we will be doing next year after the first board meeting next month.

You may still count me in w/ helping w/ the food at each meeting and I would suggest that the Board arrange for help for the Treasurer when there are frag sales and at Brian's house in Nov. Last year, Bob and I handled the sales for each club and every sale w/o any help from the other clubs and I'm not sure I will be there to help Tom in Nov. Just a suggestion and good luck to all!

Thanks Michelle. Jessica will be assisting Nathan when he needs help but I am sure that with a full board we can handle it. I think I will remind Brian that it would be nice to have somebody from another club help out this year with the auction. It was a lot of work for just two people.
