i purchased a supermale rhomboid wrasse from you guys i guess it was early last week. this was a true supermale with all the gold and purple colors. really a superb specimen. i was really surprised that it was on there as long as it was.
unfortunately by the time it was ready to ship he apparently had incurred an injury. i promptly received a phone call asking me which way i would like them to proceed. the customer service rep explained to me that they thought the fish had some torn fins. now in my opinion this did not sound like a life threatening issue but still appreciated the concern and caution. now i was terribly disappointed.
now this is where la showed their true colors. they had already refunded my card and then still gave me the option to hold him until he was healed. this was the option i took fully expecting to never hear from them again about this fish.
well wed of this week i got a call saying that the rhomboid had healed up and was ready to ship. i asked them if they could hold it one more day and they said no problem. it shipped out thursday and i got him today.
this fish is truly amazing. by far the nicest rhomboid ive ever seen in person. simply gorgeous.
i wanted to send a special thank you to liveaquaria's personnel. though i do not remember the specific person that helped me, i know it doesn't matter because every rep that i've ever dealt with has always treated me great.
while i have ordered from other vendors with success, you guys keep raising the bar so high that i'm beginning to question why i would even risk it. especially with some of these high end fish.
