A safe two part epoxy?

Is there a safe two part epoxy that I can use in my water storage container?

I've used Aquamend, Harveys, Oatey, and the house brand at Ace hardware to mount frags in a reef tank. They should be safe in a water storage container.

Were the ones that you used liquid or the putty? I am looking to use some liquid two part epoxy.
