I landed on that video not to long ago.

When I'm bored I watch other Youtube videos like Lafishguy and Monsterfishkeepers. Entertaining stuff.

That’s the comedian Kip Adotta. I went to see him at a comedy club near UofM way back in the 80’s and he did this song; Wet Dream.
