? about Harlequins

I recently ordered a pair of Harlequins from Memfish. I am excited about getting them. However, I was looking into my tank tonight and noticed my Serpent Star and wondered if the Halequins will bother it. Does anyone know? TIA

I'm pretty sure he would eat the star fish.

I read somewhere that Harlequins eat mainly starfish.

Yea, I know they eat starfish, but from what I've read they only eat certain types, only echinoderms. I don't know if serpent stars are echinoderms or not. Thanks for the reply.

yeah, i agree with Grendel0501,,
i think they'll eat the star. Richard has a big harlequin in his tank and wanted a red Serpent star when it came in he remember his harlequin so guess what i got.... a red Serpent star for my tank....

Dang, that sucks. We're working on fixing up a 29 gallon tank that Nina is going to take over, so guess I might just move the serpent into that tank. A little depressing to me though, I've had that serpent star nearly as long as I've had the tank set up(a little over 2 yrs now).

yeah, but at least it will still be in the family....
