does anyone use silica based sand and have succesful reefs with them
I want to know if they leak silicates
I was told that on water contact they leak some silicates then they stop after a while
this is the only type of sand I can get at my lfs that is cheap and can be used for dsb
ordering off the web is too expencive
I just want to know if anyone had bad history or experiences with this type of sand
