? About the Nano Skimmer 9002

I have a nano skimmer and am having issues with it. One minute it will be skimming fine, with a foam. An hour later it will not be doing anything at all, no foam, no bubbles. Then all of a sudden I will look back at it and it is overflowing with water. It has been doing this for a couple days. I have unplugged it, cleaned it and tried just about everything and it continues to do this.
What can I do to fix this problem.

How long has it been in use? The adjustment increments are very fine. I recommend raising it to 1/2" above the water line and urning the screw in 1/8 turn increments until you get the desired skimming. If you cannot solve it I will fix it if you send it to me but it is difficult to say what could cause this as many factors including issues with the tank (foods used, or flow rate near the skimmer) or installation could cause it.
