Dear tunze,

I am a member of koreareefclub.com, and one of your user of Turbelle 6060.

Let me ask you about the holder for it or magnetic holder.

I believe we try to lift up turbelles' face here in Korea to make the flow direction to the water surface. That way, we can easily avoid flying sand and can remove an oil film better. However, it is naturally head down a little bit because of gravity.

My question is have you thought about make your holders to lift up turbelle's flow direction? If not, any reason?

Hmm, I usually get the emails from that address, I can only figure that something was wrong the day you sent it and it wasn't forwarded. Sometiems when they update the servers emails don't get directed properly.

In general I agree it would be useful but the opposing view is that the Stream flow is so wide that their is no need to make an upward angle and the problem of sand movement is solved by placing the pump close to the surface. The uplifting of the holder adds mechanical complexity and makes the pump stick out further into the aquarium both are things we want to avoid.
