About zoa eating spiders

I shipped a coral to some one and they said hey I found a few zoa eating spiders on that zoa rock you sent me. I said woa sorry I did not know I had them. So I looked and looked and I am not seeing any. I looked at night every 15-20 minutes for an hour to an hour and a half. SO them next night I waited a full hour them looked. Each night I picked up rocks looked at zoo's and all cracks and crevices. I also looked in the morning about 6 am. Also upon receipt of these corals I did a 10 minute Tropice Marin Pro Coral Cure dip. No zoa eating spiders came out at that point. So last night I read a fresh water dip is best to kill them and make them appear. So I did a 10 minute fresh water dip with half the reccomended doe of TM Pro Coral Cure. Still no zoa eating spiders. SO do you guys think I am safe and zoa spider eating free. A lot of other kritters came out like amphipods, copepods, asterina stars, mini brittle stars so I asked and figured maybe he was mistaken he says nope hes sure they were spiders. So I think if I had any that they would have appeared. Any thought would be appreciated. Thanks.

maybe that person found a pod and is misstaken it for a spider. a lot of people get pod and snails mix from good and bad.

He crushed them with pliers. What I am asking is what I did sufficeint to ensure that I do not have them in my tank(s). If I have them I want to know for his sake as well as my zoo's sake. And of course get rid of them so that my zoos don't die.

Maybe he was saying that so he can try to get your zoas for free. I read your post about the trade. I think that was you??? It was on another forum.
