Above and beyond customer service

I received a call tonight froma rep at F&S on behalf of Kevin, the director of liveaquaria.
I was blown away by the level of response to the issues I had with some blotched anthias.
F&S went way beyond what I felt they needed to do in this situation. I was taken back and actually told the person it wasnt necessary. She insisted.
I have spent a lot of money with F&S, both live and dry goods always with exceptional customer service, this time they raised their own bar.
I will shop nowhere else.

A personal note to Kevin:
I know you are busy and I appreciated the long post you originally wrote. For such a large company, the level of personalization and committment you have shown has amazed me. Thank you again.

hey Mark, you are not alone in that statement. they have exellent customer relations.
my first order was an expensive coral from the Divers Den. they called to see how the arrival condition was, and it just so happened it had been in my display for appx. 2 hrs. and it was looking very healthy and doing great! i even got two tiger pods in the bag with it... :thumbsup:
 
My recent order has went excellent so far. Customer service is by far one of the best I've ever dealt with. Not just in the fish business, but as far as businesses go. I too look forward for dealing with them again.
 
Yes, these folks are the gold standard for the industry. Never a hassle, always customer oriented. One can occasionally find some incredibly rare animals as well which keeps us all reading our nightly emails!!
 
Unbelievable level of customer service.
I just received another order with no issues as is the case majority of time. Rarely, when there are issues, quickly fixed above and beyond what is needed.
Will not buy livestock anywhere else.
