Doesn't look like they launched this morning. But it's already been playing havoc with my commute.

There was balloon footage on the news here as though it was happening. Must have been from last year or something.

I would think there could be some vibrant shots to be had with a polarizing filter, a blue sky, and colorful and interestingly shaped balloons. And of course fire and flame!

Sounds like they did launch, they just didn't fly over the house like they normally do.
