Yes this it so unreal I had to post this one. I placed an order online Monday for pick up on Thursday morning. Here it is Tuesday & I thought I would drop them an email to check on my order to see if it was processed & how early Thursday morning it could be picked up. Being a little concerned since I was making a 100-mile drive, yes I was trying to save on shipping since the items were heavy.
So I send them an email. I’m figuring I would give them plenty of time to respond, you know at least a day … Here I am in total shock when the phone rings & the person says your order is ready to pick up anytime… I’m thinking what order, & from where lol…In fact I had to ask him twice who he was? & where he was from?…I think, he said his name was Josh, but I did here him say Premium Aquatics. (that’s when it clicked)
So from the time I hit send, to my phone call it was 19 minutes.
Absolutely incredible…Anyone that has not ordered from Premium Aquatics, you will be absolutely astounded on the service you will receive. GURANTEED
