AC Jr and float switch

Is it possible to use float switches with an AC Jr. If so what brands are recommended and what is the connection to the AC Jr.

I want to have set a routine where the Top Off pump turns on for 2 minutes every 24 hours, unless the float switch is activated. (Water lever too high)

Only the Jr with a serial port can sense an external switch.

If you have the one with a serial port, take a look at page 23 of the Owner's manual. The external switch would be wired to pin 2 and pin 8 on the serial connector.

If you do not have a serial port, you could get a BlueLine Tsunami auto top-off system, plug your pump to the ATO, the ATO to the DC8 and always oscillate 2min every 24hrs.
