I had AC Jr for the past 2months. All the sudden, I have problem today. The temp is fluctuating when my Coralvue ballast turn on. The e-ballast is not connected to DC8. It is connected to its own outlet with its own circuit. Don't have that problem before.
Secondly, the DC8 LED is off. I power cycle it and it will turned on. But upon the AC Jr start communicating to it, it will blink for a few seconds and then the DC8 Green LED will be turned off. During the AC Jr and DC8 communication, I also notice that LED is blinking slower than usual. Obviously, whatever devices I connected to DC8 is not working.
Another strange thing is that connected/disconnected my sump fan or heater to the DC8 seem to change the temp reading on the AC Jr. Disconnecting the phone cable to DC8 also change the temp reading.... This is driving me nuts. I spend the whole afternoon trying all the different combination of things but get no consistency.... Anyne has any ideas??
