Returning to hobby - with LEDs!!! Duration and Intensity question

I think my signature block will say what I have - I just updated it. I'm using Mobius to control my LEDs. The pre planned settings run for 8 hours, but I'm reading online that most people are doing 10 hours. There's also an intensity setting - where should I set it (60%, 80%, 100%)?

What corals and photosynthetic critters do you want to keep?

I run my lights on a 12 hour cycle. I set my light channels to get the color I want (whites at 50% and Blues a bit higher) then ramp intensity up over time to 90%. Then, about 6 hours at 90% and start ramping down.
