AC Jr with Probe problems.

In Dec. I purchased an Aquacontroller Jr with a PH probe. I tried to calibrate the probe then, but it was way off. I thought that the fluid might be old, so I ordered new calibration fluid and just got it this week. It still will not calibrate and gives me an error message that the probe is bad. How do I get another or get it replaced?

Thanks for the post, I'm sorry to hear that your having trouble with your pH probe, I heard that you spoke to Guido this morning regarding the problem. We handle the first 60 days from the original order date for any returns or exchanges if needed. You can contact Neptune Systems at (408) 578-3022 for further trouble shooting or any warranty service you may need. I've emailed you a copy of your invoice to send to Neptune Systems for proof of purchase.

Thank You, I did contact Neptune and they are going to replace the Probe. I didn't realize that I only had a 60 warranty on this, so I will watch that a little closer in the future. Even so Neptune said they would replace the probe, so I will put it into the mail as sooon as I get the receipt from you guys.
