AC3 Aquanotes and New DC4HD question

I have an AC3 that has a DC8 and an Aquasurf. I recently added a DC4HD and am unable to see the new plugs in Aquanotes and webpage status. I have added the names for the new plugs, and control them manually (on the controller) and via the program just fine, but can't see and control the status of the new outlets other than on the controller itself. Anyone know what may be causing this?
