AC3 - no probe, increasing ORP readings?

I have an AC3 which has been set up and running for about three weeks.

About 4 days ago, the ORP started rising from 0, and is now reading 22. There's no probe attached, and the AC3 isn't expecting one.

Is this something I should be concerned about? Why does the AC3 report ORP at all if it knows there's no probe installed?

The input is floating, and it can read any value. The AquaController doesn't know that there isn't a probe installed, and there is no way that it can be detected. The controller is simply measuring the voltage.

I guess I expected that the "ORP Enable / ORP Disable" options in the ORP setup menu would have some effect here.

So what *do* the ORP Enable / ORP Disable options do?

If you disable the probe, it will not be displayed on the run screen.

You're absolutely right... I could have sworn I had disabled it, and then convinced myself again when I saw the "ORP Enable" option.
