Sorry if this is in the wrong spot but I posted this in the LPS Keppers forum last night and did not get any responses.
I have had these acans for a while now and was wondering if anyone knew which species they are. They are really fat and puffy almost like pillows and each polyp is fairly round unlike the acans I see online and at my LFS. The solid green frag in the 3rd pic also always have their feeders out (24 hours a day).
Also, I noticed that my Duncan has a bright yellow sponge growing between two of the lower heads. The lower polyps are not always retracted but I got a shot while they were tonight. Will the sponge continue to grow and become a problem for the coral?
Also, are Duncans hard to frag?
