Acan Coral Budding or Pest?

Hi guys. I got some new frags from the LFS and cleaned them in Revive before putting in my tank.

They have been in there about 1 week and one Acan looks like it either is budding or there is a hitchhiker of sorts.

It is on the lower left hand corner of frag - thoughts?

It's kind of hard to tell, but it might be a Palythoa or a Zoanthid.
