Acan- have a question

I have had this acan for little over a week and its tentacles are always out… is this normal, fine, or should I feed it? Just looking for some info..

Looks good, though always extended tentacles doesn’t seem normal to me. Could try feeding it some reef roids or maybe mysis or similar to see if it eats
