Acan help?

Hi! My otherwise super healthy acan all of the sudden looks like this! Not good! Any idea what's happening here? Clearly losing Head... something I can do to save the rest? Yikes!

when ever I have seen lps not opening up or suddenly having issues, and the water quality is still tip top, look for tank inhabitant picking on them, I have a worm or veremtid snail or whatever it is that sometimes forces my zoanthids close

Thanks philly. Water specs are good, this head looks torn up or melted! It was sudden as well. Looked great a short time ago.

I would dip it to be safe in case bacteria infected a part of it.
Regardless, if you dip and cut off the bad part, you will have a great coral again.
