Acan Specific Pest? Please help!

So I have something going after my acans, and I need help identifying it, and arriving at a solution.

So the conditions are as follows:

1. I have near perfect water quality in a 3500 gallon multiple tank coral propagation farm. The parameters are NSW, with complete stability and temperatures around 80 give or take a degree.

2. All of the Acans are in their own tank with no competing corals that can sting them.

3. They have all been in this tank for the better part of a year with nothing but growth and great color.

4. The lighting is T5 less than 3 months old with the classic mix for coloration and growth (giesemann, ati, etc)

5. There is one fish, a foxface, and a cleaner shrimp in the tank.

6. Water flow is good and random with a turnover of about 15 times an hour.

7. They all get fed live rotifers once a day (the rotifers are cultured on site with sterilized water).

8. there have been no new introductions to this tank in about 6 months.

9. There are no visible pests in, around or on the acans.

10. None of the over 2,000 other corals in the system show any signs of stress, this is purely isolated to the acans.

So with all this said...about 4 days ago the acans just stopped opening up. No receding of tissue yet, just severe contraction into the skeleton. I lost one blastimussa colony last week but thought it was a result of warfare...now I think differently.

The only change to the water has been that we reinstated our 400watt UV sterilizer about 10 days ago. Otherwise everything is the same as it has been for two years.

Obviously this is a little disconcerting because the acans ALWAYS open up. 4 days now is a real concern.

I dipped them all in bayer today and didnt see any irregular bugs that could be the culprits.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look for as a culprit here?

Was there a change in alkalinity recently? Also, 15x an hour turnover might be a little much for them to be able to feed, so tanks too clean and lack of adequate food over the past couple months is catching up with them, especially if UV was recently hooked back up, pulling out nutrients.

Not an acan expert, but just based on experience with a similar system.

No change in alkalinity, but do you think the gallon of rotifers daily is not adequate food? Should I be doing something meatier?

I don't think the rotifers would cut it for lps, i don't think they do anything for them. I would go with mysis or something larger, i've even fed mine a small or half of a krill. I also can't be positive that would be the problem. I know one of mine will randomly close up for a week or so and come back nothing happened. He is the only one that does it though out of the three i have, no idea, why.
