Hello all, I'm somewhat new to the LPS world and just recently started purchasing frags of some acans and favia. I was wondering where the best place to put these corals is? I have a 120 with 2X250 watts MH and I currently have them all up on the rockwork about 1/3 up from the bottom. Can these just be placed on the sand? Will they grow into mounds this way? Where are they typically happier? Any pics for reference would be great! Thanks.

I have my Acans and Micros all on the sand bed and they are all happy. I have it right in the middle they seem to like high lights. I have 250MH over a 29Gal.
