Acans have white spots help

Hi guys hopefully someone can help. This morning my acans which have been doing great now has white spots all over it and look very irritated. The only thing different is I added some zoas last night. Has any one experienced this with acans and will a dip in coral rx fix it? Suggestions?

Can you post any pics, I have never heard of this or zoa pox infecting acans.

Did you put some flow over it to make sure it wasn't just sand?

Yeah I used a baster to try and blow it away. No good. I'm going to try and dip it when i get home and see what happens.
