Hello I purchased a purple Acan yesterday, and was wondering where it should be placed. I have 2 150w 10k halides and 2 100w actinics. I currently have it about 6"-8" below the lights. That's where my lfs told me to place it. I have also been reading that some people keep them in the sand bed. It is kind of a big specimen so I am limited where I can but it in between. Any ideas?
