Accidentally sucked up Acans

Has anyone ****ed off their Acan when siphoning water out of their tank? I did this yesterday and it is still pis$ed off. How long before it is back to normal. It has maybe 10 heads on it. Should I be concerned about it dying? Thx

I would wait a couple days, if nothing opens up by then, I would dip it in Coral RX, a picture is worth 1000 words...

Also, did it drop on another coral or just back onto the sand bed?

It fell onto the sand. It will have to be tomorrow for pic.

I have sucked up acan many times before but i didn't tear the polyp I don't know if that happened to yours. I never had problems after the acan would be mad for awhile but never any long term problems.

It'll be fine. Torn polyp or no.

You could have hit it with a hammer and the answer would be the same.
