Acclimating corals to upgraded lighting?

I currently have one 150mh and two 96 watt power compacts. I bought another 150 mh with two 14k Phoenix bulbs. I'm taking out both PC's and changing them to 48" 54w t5 pure actinics. Everything is going to be retrofit directly to the inside of my canopy. My halide is currently running for 7hours. My PC is running for 8 hours. How should I acclimate my corals to the new lighting? Cut hours? My corals are mounted on small rocks that I can move around if necessary but they are doing pretty well so not sure if I want to lower them or not. Any info is appreciated Thank You.

You can cut the hours, use fiberglass window screen over the top of the tank to block out a little light. I am assuming you cannot raise the light very much so a combination of shorter photo period and the screening will suffice.

I would cut photoperiod down by 30% for 3 days and move up slowly by 10% increments
