Acclimating fish to new lighting

I recently upgraded the lights on my 29G from the normal output lights that come with the hood to Orbit PC lights so I could start adding corals. There are currently three fish in the tank, Coral Beauty and two Percula Clowns which all seem to be bothered by the new lights. What is the best way to acclimate and how long will it take them to adjust? Thanks in advance for your responses.

They'll be used to it in a couple days, if that. Most fish dont really care bout the lighting, with a few exceptions of course like a royal gramma who likes shaded areas more..but yours should be fine.
