Achilles tang

Hello I ordered an achilles tang on Tuesday for Wed. delivery. I was called late on Tuesday and told that you could not ship the fish because he had a "cut Lip" and he would go back in quartine until he gets better. I appreicate that fact that this injury was found prior to shipping and you are healing the fish prior to sending it to me. My concern is how this process works? Please explain to me how I am notified and what will happen should I be out traveling on business when you call? The fish I selected was more costly then the recent post you have for Achilles I assume this is because of the size of the fish. I would not like to forfit this fish because I am not available when you elect to ship it. Please explain to me what I can expect moving forward with this issue Thanks.
