ACjr + serial to bluetooth

I would like to run my ACjr online. Would a serial to bluetooth hooked into my aquacontroller work? It definitely needs to be wireless. I am hoping that I can have it communicate with my laptop and have online access.

Is there a way to set up a box with wireless internet access so I do not have to leave a desktop/laptop running all of the time?
