Acro bleaching bottom up

Well this is a strange one....

Water direct from the reef as mentioned, did a 5 litre water change yesterday because i had an accident with my auto top up... well dumped quiet a few litres of fresh in the tank and brought salinity from 0.26/7 - 0.22

over the last few days brought it back to 0.24 slowly going up...

Checked Parims last night

5th May 2016

Nitrate : 5 ppm (mg/L)
Prosphate : 0.25 - "2.0" ppm (mg/L)
Kh / Carbonate Hardness : 179 ppm kh (10 dp)
Calcium : 660 mg/L (20dp)
Salinity 0.23

Calcium is way too high but could have been that i could not see the blue as i thought it was meant to go purple, so kept re-adding, as the image shows purple but when you read the book it states blue....

yet, just woke and the Acro that never showed polyps and been in the tank some time was bleaching from the bottom up....

others are ok, (ok one has a issue but polyops still showing).

Update. smelt bad when took out of the water, but guess sps do always right?

Anyway, broke it in to three, distributed three across the tank at various levels,

bare in mind this is just one with three heads, i have a colony that appears ok with over 100 heads... really dont know what is causing this... :(

high phosphates could cause acros stn from base up. watch out for the alk swings as well as salinity swings. i guess you mistyped the SG 0.23 instead of 1.023.

Yes mistyped apologies...

the Pros, i could not determine as the card was too similar, but i'd say the lower side with the upper side as a precaution... notice this is just one acro group...

Is it safe to say its dead when it bleaches so not worth being in the tank?
