No, you can't dose the tank. There is no full tank treatment at this time.

agreed

plus the dips don't kill or remove the eggs, so just dipping once wont kill them all.

AEFW can be eliminated but it takes a lot of work and there are no shortcuts. This is the technique I used: The SPS were removed from the display and from the rocks they were mounted to for a period of six weeks. All remaining skeleton and tissue was scraped from the rocks and they were placed back in the display. It is important that the display tank not contain any SPS tissue so that the AEFW are starved from lack of food. The SPS were soaked in water with fluke tabs per the instructions. Following this, they were placed in a Revive dip for about 15 minutes. During both dips, a turkey baster was used to blow off the AEFW. The SPS were inspected with a magnifying glass for eggs and then they were rinsed and placed in a QT tank. The dip process was repeated once per week. I did not see any AEFW after the first dip, however this is a time consuming process and I did not want to repeat it ever again so the dips continued for the six week period.

I now use Revive as a dip on incoming coral. It is very effective at removing pests, it does kill AEFW, and it appears to be much less stressful on the coral.

AEFW only affects acros so you dont have to remove all "SPS". Just need to remove acros a dip as stated in the above comments.

True but I just discovered the hard way that it also kills acro crabs. Didn't notice the little guy there and found him dead in the bucket after the dip.
