Hard to say, it looks as if it's a frag that is just starting to take off. So looking at the overall structure makes it confusing. By the new grow i would guess maybe Acropora selago http://coral.aims.gov.au/speciesPages/species_metadata/0063/view#

Well speaking from personal experience I don't think there is an acro out there that does not have the potential to become a beauty. It's finding out what they need to do so is the tricky part. It already has some nice blue tips, so I would say i's worth the it.
