Acro is falling apart. Thoughts?

so my parameters are fine

all my other frags are fine

the one that is falling apart is doing it from the bottom up (where the putty meets the frag)
i mounted it in putty about 3 days ago (fluval putty)

could this be a reaction from the putty
or just prob a bad frag?
looks like its being peeled from the bottom up.

should i break off the damaged area and remount with super glue or just let it take its course?

Hard to say exactly what's causing that but yes if you want to try to save it I would cut the frag above the dead area into the healthy skin and remount it using gel super glue.
