I picked this up for free the other day at the LFS, it was one they got from another customer.
By the looks of it, it sat on a sand bed and the underside of it, and part of a branch, died.
I put it in my tank and it's actually picked up a good bit of color since then, mostly greens.
It's a pale blue color, which leads me to think it's bleached, but I don't know. Most corals I've seen bleach were stark white, this one was a pale blue with some brown/red.
Any ideas? I don't have a clue. Sorry for the flash glare on that 2nd one but the color is more accurate.
