Acropora Diying?????

Hi fellows,

I got this Acropora coral about 3 weeks ago, 2 days ago I got a leather coral a green star and a candy cane.

I just saw it and it was starting to bleach to green.
How can a I save it or do in need to remove it ????? waht about the little crab????

you can frag it, and put the little crab with one of the frags, and did you check your phosphates?? when i had super high phosphates thats the color they get, thats just my opinion

from that pic it looks like dying from the bottom up. that can often mean its not getting enough light at the base and is receding up. I would frag the two good branches apart( increases the chances one will survive) and make sure they get the most light . although after fragging I would start at middle of tank and move up in a few days to top.

I will try to frag it and then move it up as highquality said.
 
Oh, try yo keep the two frags close together and put the crab back with the branch he came from. You can put him in the tupperware bowl while fragging. Better yet, can fragg the two braches and put them on the same plugg and makes a bigger colony for the crab and the braches are still seperated and are without the unhealthy receding part. then you could seperate them when they get bigger or let them grow into a fatter colony with more braches at base.
