Acropora Help!

My blue voodoo frag doesn't look to well. I'm losing some tissue in the middle and on part of the base. Last night I tested alk and it was 6! Doing some quick research I decided to raise it a little bit but accidentally overshot it and now it's at 9.
SG is 1.025
Cal. 425 (Red Sea Pro)
Mg 1280 (Red Sea Pro)
Ph 8.2 (salifert)

I can't tell if it's still losing tissue or not. Based on the pics do you think I should frag it again or wait a few day?
The stalk coming off the right side does not seem effected.
Everything else in the tank (Birdsnest, Monti Cap, Frogspawn, RBTA, Toadstool, Rics, Zoas, mushrooms, trumpets, duncans) all look fine, show great PE, and aren't affected at all.

This was it when I first got it a few days ago.

Ouch....well it could RTN with that much of an alk change. If anymore recedes, in like the next few hours, I would sugest start trimming it to try and save whats left.

Ok, if that's the case should I trim it like so?
And how would I go about doing that? never fragged anything before. Just take a pair of heavy scissors and cut? then superglue directly to the rock?

Wherever the receding tissue is, is where you want to cut off and a little more to make sure you dont have areas where it is still receding or it could continue to do so

ok, the base had some spots on the back too that you can't see in the pics. I'll take another pic in about an hour and compare them before I start cutting.

You can also cover the necrosis with coral glue, covering the skeleton and a small amount of healthy tissue in the process. This can also halt RTN/STN

Well that would have been good to know like 30 minutes ago before I fragged it...
Thanks anyways though. I will definitely remember that in case it happens again.
