Acropora Millipora health

I've had this frag for a month or so. I had it in an area of to much flow and it obviously has hurt it. My question is now that it is moved can it recover fully or will the white areas always be white. Most of the tips have good color and polyp extension.

I agree as well. Assuming the coral was healthy when received, base up tissue necrosis is almost certainly a sign of something more serious than too much direct flow. IE parasites (millepora are AEFW magnets) instable or improper levels, especially alk, or temp spike.

All other 15 acros and montis are healthy. I truly do think it was to much flow. Although the picture is hard to tell there are healthy polyps. Can it come back or should I cut off the healthy pieces and save it that way
