Acros burned Tips

Anybody have any advice on what could cause acro to have burned tips?

Stags seem the worst affected mille's seem to have no issue and tenuis also fare well, really the furrier the acro the better.

Monti's are actually the worst impact.

I had a spell of what I think was dino's but I know longer have the daily obvious signs of brown snotty strings with bubbles.

Tank is 8 months old and these same pieces when located to one of my other systems seem to recover with no issue.

Alk 7.7 - 8
Cal 435
Mg 1313
Via trident

PO4 .05 - .1
Nitrates 32 (high in an attempt to get rid of the dinos)
Hanna

Temp 77 - 79
360g total system

PAR 300 - 400

Sounds like your dinos is attacking the SPS.

Did you adjust any lighting?

I did test against my hanna tester which i use on my other 2 tanks and I also tested against the standard that comes with the trident reagent.

I'm afraid it might still be the dino's even though they are no longer visible in the tank.

This tank has been nothing but headaches while my other systems thrive.

I would try getting the po4 and no3 in a 1 to 12 ratio. Then see what happens. What are the parameters of the tank that is thriving?

I was on the verge, then I dosed nitrates and cut back the time my algae scrubber runs and they quickly receeded. There have been no visible signs for a month now.
