Acrylic joint bubbles

Hello,

I got an acrylic tank that I need some help with. Just wanting to know if it will hold water. It's 36x24x12, the front, back, and sides are 3/8'' and the bottom is 1/4'' thick, will that be an issue? It has a 1 inch strip bracing on it. My second concern is two of the corners, it seems to have a lot of bubbles. Can I just use some weld-on 16 to reinfornce it? Please help before I fill her up, thank you.

Looks fine, anymore weld on would seem to be pointless because from the looks of it they used weld on already on the inside of the tank after the seams were joined together. My ATO container looks like this but then again it was my first actual build, hasnt leaked or anything on me yet.
