Acrylic Question

I'm looking to buy a piece of white (or light blue, if it exists) acrylic to line the bottom of my tank, in the same manner as starboard (I don't like the rough surface that cutting board has - it makes scraping the bottom difficult).

I've been searching online, mostly at usplastics.com, but I can't figure out which acrylic to use. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks, that's pretty inexpensive too.

Also, how would I go about cutting that sheet to size? Cutting board is simple, but normal acrylic sheet is not too easy.

Then google hand cut acrylic.. You can score it enough times and break it.. score it and score it again and again.. over do it and it will break just fine on the line ;)

Why does it matter what acrylic to use?

EDIT: sorry about the title, I accidently started a another thread in the post:lmao:

Extruded or cast, whichever is cheapest for you. I'd look for a Regal Plastics/Laird's Plastics local and get it from there, they will usually cut a full sheet for you, or you can just buy the sizes you need. HTH

I posted it because they are easy to deal with and will cut colored sheet to aprox size with no hassels.

E street sounds like a better option if they are that cheap. Do they do partial sheets of colored material?
