Clear (you can always change it)...add blue background (which is removable)... Been using acrylic tanks since 1991, just received my new 6'x5' tank... the pictured corals will be hidden by LR and real corals, but I liked the 'varied' blue background better than the solid blue tones.

I was thinking clear and adding black vinyl but leaning to just getting the solid black back.

Get clear, then get blue/black background so you can try both... IMO the blue makes the tank much brighter

Use window tint on the back. It sticks better than vinyl and you can always remove it later if you want.
