What is the best way to glue pic to acrylic? Thanks

With a solvent intended for bonding one to the other..
Scigrip 16 or 4052,etc...
Choices depend on exactly what type of bond you need and what purpose its serving..

what purpose is this for? standard PVC cement will work OK. I probably wouldn't trust it for anything that would leak onto my floor if it broke.

Most in the industry use something along the lines of the 2-part Weldon/IPS 40. Works fantastic! Make sure you have good ventilation though.
