Acryllic work

I need to rearrange my sump and need to add a baffle to keep my water level constant to maximize my skimmer. I have an ATO, but it does does not keep it steady enough (takes too long before it refills so it is usually under the ideal level most of the time).

I was going to use Barrett, but have not seen him on here in a while.

Where can I get this done? I am happy to pay someone if they have the know how.....
