Actinic filters for flash

Is there such a thing as a filter that can be placed over a flash so that it only lets through the actinic spectrum of light? I'd like to experiment with lighting.

Are you looking for the Night-Sea product (www.nightsea.com) or just a blue filter to match the flash lighting to the tank lighting?

I'm just looking for a blue gel filter to place over the flash so That I can use the flash for directional lighting and intensity.
