Actinic Only Lighting?

Simple question.

I'm curious if anyone knows whether or not a FOWLR tank can run just on actinic light or not. I love the deep blue color it gives a tank and would be interested in running just that if it's not going to have any ill-effects.

on a FOWLR, it won't matter much, the light is really for you. you could use something like a ATI blue+ which should be a bit brighter than the actinic, but still really blue.
