ADA Rimless Build

The overflow is a 300gph overflow from GH.com (PM for website) The website has guides on how to install their overflows. Many people have used them before and they are very easy to work with. Hardest part is drilling the tank.

Added a legion of snails to the tank :) Thanks Reefcleaners! Also got some goodies. Long tongs which help so much, a long turkey baster that I am coming to find out was a waste of money, test kits, and the new Vertex Cleaner Mag which is pretty rad.

does this mean we can all celebrate with some new pics????? ;) Tank is gorgeous, can't wait to get mine started up..... currently building the light rod you helped me with :D ill be sure to start up a thread, but I'm thinking we need some more pics of your beautiful setup first !!!

Got some SPS to see how they fair. A Setosa and ORA Hawkins. Also mounted some more coral on the rockwork. Added pods, Chaeto, and a crap load of snails that are crawling out of the tank every night o.O So I went ahead and bought a DIY Screen top.

Any ideas on how to secure it? Im thinking since my water level is so high, use magnets or velcro attached to the tank top and the screen maybe?

Zoa Garden before I mounted some:

Acans that went from all red to orange, red, yellow, green with white stripes:

Nothing really new to update. Tank is slowly jugging along. Mounted some new coral. Threw a ton of pods in the tank. Yada Yada Yada.

Also figured out how my Fugia Plate moves o.O

Started out slowly puffing up more than normal at night:

Then got really puffy:

Update time :) Got tired of pushing snails in the tank at night and waking up to long streaks of water down the sides. Went and bought a BRS DIY Netting kit. Works out really well too! Pretty simple to build. In celebration of putting the net on, I went out and bought three new fish. Two tiny Misbar Clowns and a Firefish. The first hour was general nipping and such but everyone has settled in nicely. The Firefish defintely holds its own. All fish thankfully eat dry food but Im supplementing their diet with DIY frozen food. Also grabbed a few SPS (Undata, Purple Rim Cap, BN, and a Green Mili) Nothing else to report.

Wow some great fish selections and really nice looking coral.
